Quebec-based bovine health consulting firm is hiring Development Agents to find new clients across Canada. We provide dairy farmers with advice regarding their cattle’s feed and health. Our method has been at work for 20 years in Quebec and in France.
The Agent’s mandate is to find cattle owners who are open to meet our teaching expert for a face-to-face meeting or (preferably) to organize one-day seminars on bovine health where our experts are the lecturers. The latter formula has proven highly successful over the last 20 years, in Canada and abroad. We are now entering a growth phase and our current development staff needs to be bolstered.
You get to make your own schedule and determine your level of involvement. Pay is contingent on performance: you get paid per bovine farmer met by our team whether they sell him anything or not, plus 10% of the new client’s first order. Getting 15 farmers to sit in a room for a day or a half-day should be easy, and with our experts success rate (almost 100%).
This position is best suited for people who:
- are highly autonomous and enterprising
- enjoy performance-based remuneration
- are good reps over the phone
- are interested in bovine health and prevention
