Periodical
every trimester by phone
(100 treatments of 10 ml, and 10% more, as needed).
The products called here « Essentials » will be billed at 50$/L rather than their normal price of 82,50$.

In exchange for the commitment of the Breader to apply the proposed protocols of the Pact in prevention, Labo accepts to not let the total bill for « Essentials » add to more than 50$ per animal per year, even if it means to supply extra products for free after the agreed upon maximum has been reached during the twelve months period.
With an appointment, a visit on the farm will be arranged with the consultant from Labo, an observation visit with a written report during the year to assess the state of the health of the herd. This farm visit and report will be billed 260$ with traveling expenses at 0,50$/km. Four payments of 65$ will be added to the 4 trimester bills.
In exchange, a

Also as a bonus, the Preventive Notebook, the Curative Workbook, and other tools developped by Labo to help decisions, to give advice upon request, and to offer a solution that works to the problems encountered by the Breader with his animals.
If the Breader applies the Pact and gives the feed to his animals as recommanded by the consultant Labo, the health problems that were present before the signature will gradually fade and will dissappear for good, the animals will recover their fertility and their vitality, will live longer, the production will be more profitable, this is what Labo guarantees.
To measure this engagement, the Breader will complete the opening document and will supply the Labo with the data concerning his production, control, analysis and other related documents for a complete follow up.
Every trimester, after a consultation on the phone, an order covering the formulas in the protocols of the next period will be delivered and the bill will cover only the products shipped.
The Breader will promptly pay the bill upon reception. He accepts to apply the Health Plan to his herd as described below.
If the Breader does not apply all the clauses of this agreement and interrupts the program, Labo will bill the bonus as described here (518$).
